Its `.claude-plugin` folder is left out of the list of contents and the result is marked `isMarketplaceRoot`.\n\nThe check for plugin marker files now gives one of three answers: there, absent or unsure. A subfolder is skipped only when its marker is definitely absent.\n\n**Why**\n\nMarketplace folders are recognized for what they are instead of being mistaken for a single plugin.
