This happens when the gateway's host name turns out to point to a public internet address at the moment of the fetch.\n\nThis failure is not retried. You are told that your machine is no longer reaching the gateway from inside your organization's network, so the policy was not fetched. It applies to everyone using the gateway.\n\n**Why**\n\nIf you see this message, the policy did not load because of where your connection is going, not because of a passing glitch.
