Resources are items such a server offers for reading. When Claude Code lists a server's resources for Claude, it now leaves out MCP Apps UI resources and writes a debug line saying how many were left out.\n\nA resource counts as MCP Apps UI when either:\n\n- Its address starts with `ui:\/\/`.\n\n- It is `text\/html` with `profile=mcp-app`.\n\nThese resources can still be read directly by their address. The filter applies to everyone.\n\n**Why**\n\nClaude's resource list no longer includes interface pages meant for display, only the resources it might want to read."}
