It already depended on `CLAUDE_CODE_HOST_CREDS_FILE` and `TMPDIR`. It now also depends on `APPDATA` and `LOCALAPPDATA`, the Windows folders for per-user application data.\n\n**Why**\n\nOn Windows, pointing those folders somewhere else now makes Claude Code look up host credentials again instead of reusing an old result."}
