It starts with a scoping step, where an agent plans the research. The shape of that step's answer (`SCOPE_SCHEMA`) now requires only `angles`, and the old `question` and `summary` fields have been removed. The scope agent now returns only a list of search angles.\n\nThe workflow is tied to the `tengu_sorrel_avocet` gate, and it is disabled when that gate reads true. In readings not taken under this release, the flag server returned off both for this site's account and for the anonymous baseline.\n\n**Why**\n\nIn practice, the planning step hands the research only the directions to search.
