It now respects these flags:\n\n- `--settings`, a settings file or inline settings for this session\n\n- `--managed-settings`\n\n- `--setting-sources`, which chooses which kinds of settings to load\n\nThe startup step that reads the `agents` command now recognises `--managed-settings`.
