This restoration is also wired into the rate-limit prompt hand-back flow (where a prefilled prompt is handed back to the user) through a new `onPromptHandedBack` callback.\n\n**Why**\n\nBefore this, a prompt tied to a specific piece of selected code in your editor could lose that connection once the prompt was handed back or resubmitted, forcing you to reselect it.
