This release adds `tengu_vscode_resume_precheck` to that snapshot, with a compiled fallback of true, so with no server value the extension is told the precheck is on. The CLI never branches on it, so whatever the precheck does lives entirely in the extension.\n\n**Details**\n\n- Sits alongside `tengu_vscode_review_upsell` (fallback false), `tengu_cobalt_harbor_notice` (true) and `tengu_vscode_onboarding` (false).\n\n**Evidence**\n\n`tengu_vscode_resume_precheck`\n\n- Flag `tengu_vscode_resume_precheck`: Not enough to say (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.248; this account: no value returned, anonymous baseline: no value returned, compiled default: on)\n- Flag `tengu_vscode_review_upsell`: Off in both readings (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.248; this account: off, anonymous baseline: off, compiled default: off)\n- Flag `tengu_cobalt_harbor_notice`: On for this account, and not off by default (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.248; this account: on, anonymous baseline: on, compiled default: on)\n- Flag `tengu_vscode_onboarding`: Off in both readings (read for one account on one subscription tier against v2.1.248; this account: off, anonymous baseline: off, compiled default: off)\n- Area: IDE Integration\n- Tier: Under the hood\n- Useful: 2\/5\n- Signal: 3\/5"}
