### Enhanced Permission Messages

- **Issue:** Some safe commands with quotes were incorrectly flagged as dangerous
- **Cause:** Quote parsing didn't properly distinguish between quoted and unquoted content
- **Resolution:** Enhanced parsing system better understands quote contexts
