MCP (Model Context Protocol) Status Command

- **New command**: `/mcp` - Shows the connection status of all configured MCP servers
- Displays a formatted list of MCP servers with their connection states:
- **connected** (green) - Successfully connected to the server

- **failed** (red) - Connection failed
- Includes debug mode support with `--mcp-debug` flag for inline error logs
- Shows log file location for troubleshooting failed connections

### Improvements
